Product Development is the optimization and standardization of the Concept into a viable product solution, during this stage the suppliers, components, and materials are finalized to produce the BOM and technical specification

The product is optimized to its most optimal design through initial DFM investigations for user interaction and the structure is designed to house its components through detailed 3D design development

Initial Tooling is designed for each stage of the production to produce a batch of prototype samples for initial testing, user feedback, and marketing purposes

At the end of this stage, the Products Development can be considered finished but its preparation for production has only just begun
